BackerKit surveys are coming!
Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey.
It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https:// woosah-handmade-in-the-usa-fidget-spinner-by-woosa.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. Hey all!
Just wanted to let you know WE are still waiting to hear from KickStarter that all of the funds have been collected and for them to release funds to us , which will trigger the Reward Surveys to be sent out for Reward selection and add-ons.
This was our first time presenting a Kickstarter campaign so we apologize for any mis-information or expectations that we conveyed early in the campaign, we've learned alot through this process.
We appreciate everyone's continued patience and support!! Please read below for process information.

Next steps for us are:
1. Make our best guess at what you are going to choose as your rewards and start building WooSah bodies and buttons;
2. Start sending bodies and buttons out to Anodize ****This is usually a 2+ week turn around so, we have to get these going soon and hope that our estimates on what you choose is close***
3. Finalize THE BOSS and get to building those.
4. Review your actual BackerKit surveys and start building the Elites of your choice and running the designs in the colors of your choice as we get them back from Anodize. HINT: the sooner we have the BackerKits ALL complete the sooner we will be able to schedule our production. ***Priority on colors and shapes will be given in the order BackerKit Surveys are received. For Instance if you want a Pink Cosmo Orbit 608 but are the last one to submit your survey, you may have to wait for a second batch to come back from Anodize, so get them turned around to us ASAP. ****
4. Start fulfilling orders. ****For the sake of time and efficiency and providing the best customer service possible, orders will be fulfilled exactly as they are submitted in your survey, they will not be combined with Drop or other Etsy orders, they may not be changed, nor are we able to honor any special requests through this process. ***

We know lots of things have evolved and been added since the launch and that there will be a ton of questions in your excitement to get your WooSahs!!! We ask that you please be patient and hold your questions for just a bit.
Here are some next steps: Kickstarter has 7-10 days to collect payment and backer information before it is sent to us.
Once all backer info is finalized for the entire group the Backerkit surveys go out for reward selections and add-ons.
We hope to start shipping Elite rewards by the end of July and all others no later than the end of August. Remember here at WooSah we like to under promise and over deliver, so hopefully everything will go out earlier.
Please hold all color, design, shape requests for the Backerkit surveys. We promise any requests sent via FaceBook or email will likely get lost and not applied. Please remember that we have literally hundreds of options and rely on the awesomeness of computer programs to assist us with productions lists produced from your selections.
