Hey all you awesome peeps!
We are getting so close on complete fulfillment of KS rewards and BackerKit purchases. I'll give you the need to know, then the background info, should you be interested.
1. It is goal to have ALL KickStarter and BackerKit rewards in the mail by 9/29!!
2. DoubleHeader Elites should be the earlier part of next week.
3. All Elite Collector Editions should be out this weekend.
4. You may have received a partial order, especially if you did KS and then Backer kit separate, the rest of the order IS coming.
5. Blue, Purple, some black and red we are still waiting on, based on the target delivery date we have been given, we are still hopeful these will go out next week.

Why all the delays??? Well, trial by fire I suppose.
First off remember that when we launched KS we were only about a month into WooSah! and had never had a direct to consumer product, ever. So this was all new to us.
KS took 2 extra weeks to release the funds, than what we had expected, BackerKits allowed non-KS backers to make purchases, whoa awesome but totally more than expected;
We gave WAY too many options, which meant that we had to wait for all responses before we could start producing to get all our counts correct;
the 1st Anodize shop messed up almost 1000 pieces of colored product (after having them for 3 weeks) and had to take them back, strip them, redo them and redeliver, which resulted in loss of product, which we had to remake and send to a new Anodize company, which we should have product back from on Tuesday or Wednesday, then we have to put every single piece back in the machine and then build, test and package.
Doubleheaders take an entirely different material and set-up on the machine, due to having to get new aluminum out for anodize (which remember takes 2-3 weeks to get out to the customer after we send it to Ano) we have not been able to tear down the machine to set-up for DH's, but we are close! The DH that you see floating around in pics were the one that made it through the 1st round of Ano and the Elites that we guessed at prior to responses being complete and happened to have on the shelf.
Not making excuses, it is what is it, believe us, we wish it had been a little smoother and more timely, but alas, there is a light and its getting brighter! --WooSah!

Wow, rapid growth is amazing and heartwarming and encouraging and so totally overwhelming!!!! We weren't quite prepared for what offering literally 100's of reward choice offerings meant to building and fulfilling (Yeah Tasha may have gotten a firm talking to LOL), but alas we are finally starting to ship! Please bear with us as we figure out this entirely new BackerKit shipping platform, we aren't sure how tracking, etc. is going to work, so we will be learning together.
Elite only packages, continue to go out throughout the week; The Boss should be heading out next week. We've had a terrible setback with our Anodize vendor, but we hope to have that squared away and all of our Original Fun bodies back for designs, build and testing in the next week or so.

Wow things have been crazy busy over the past month, while yes we are a bit tired and overwhelmed, we are overjoyed with how well WooSah has been received and in high demand since our launch.
Things to know... Between KickStarter and BackerKit we raised over $14,500 in funds- WOOSAH!!!
That's a lot more rewards than we were anticipating, especially coupled with trying to maintain at least a little product for the Etsy store each week.
To put it into a little prospective, we have approximately 8~10hour days of just running buttons;
Also, in order to offer the array of colors, we must use an Oregon based Anodize shop, we are not able to control the turn-around, beg, plead and pay as we might, we are still at their mercy. We were still waiting for our first delivery of colors, due yesterday, to arrive back at the shop at 9:00 last night, and as of now, still nothing :-(. Due to this, we are not able to tell you when specific colors will be shipping, but know we are working as fast as humanly possible!
Shipping, boy no one ever told me it took major skills to be a retail shipping and receiving specialist LOL.
Everyone will be contacted for final shipping address changes or directions prior to shipping. BackerKit is the ONLY place that shipping changes will be applied. PLEASE DO NOT PM, email or IM us through any other platform regarding KickStarter/BackerKit orders, it will not be tied to your order and chances are, it will get messed up!
Target dates- Due to the addition of allowing selection of shape, color and design, the 2 week delay in receiving KS funds and the overwhelming response, we are running a little behind schedule for the original KS Target dates. And it may not make complete sense in how you see things go out, so please just know your order is coming and let's not compare when orders were placed.
We still look to have Original & Elite WooSah! orders start going out in the next week or so. Original Funs, will hopefully start making an appearance by the beginning of September and will continue throughout the month. The Boss is still a work in progress and will likely be a September debut.

Last call for order updates!
The last day to make final updates to your order is Monday 7/31/17. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and on 8/2/17 will charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders.
You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the 7/31/17 order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.

Most of you have received and completed your BackerKit Surveys for reward selection and add-on additions. If you have not received your survey please check your junk mail and any alternate email accounts. If you still don't see it you can go to https://woosah-handmade-in-the-usa-fidget-spinner-by-woosa.backer and try to log in directly. If you still have problems contact us, we'd be happy to help.
The cut-off is 7/31/17, however if we receive all surveys prior to that (and we only have about 30 outstanding) we may lock you all in earlier, but we will be sure to issue a 24hr notice. Credit cards for additional add-ons run on 8/1 and 8/2. Thanks again all!
